Refund policy

We stand behind the construction and print quality of every Erisce Cire garment. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item. Because our pieces are printed, pressed, or knit in-house to order, all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the garment arrived defective or damaged. To initiate a return, email eriscecire@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
