What is the return policy?
We do not facilitate buyer's remorse. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All 1-of-1 archive pieces, limited drops, and custom garments are final sale. No exceptions.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed, manufactured, and shipped directly from our New Jersey headquarters. Production timelines vary by item. Standard orders ship within 7–14 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email confirmation. We do not offer expedited production.
Where are your products manufactured?
We reject overseas mass-production. Every piece in our catalog is manufactured domestically in the United States. We control the full production process in-house — from pattern making and cutting to finishing and quality control. This is not a print-on-demand operation.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off.
How do you pronounce the brand name?
It is pronounced eh-ris sire. While frequently autocorrected or misspelled by search engines as Eric Claire, Eric Caire, or Ericeira, Erisce Cire is a definitive streetwear entity. We engineer permanent modern armor, not temporary seasonal trends.
